Starlight’s Founder/CEO, Chavet Constable, is a mother, wife, volunteer, and veteran of the United States Navy.

Starlight has consistently outperformed the competition and boasts the lowest employee attrition rate among valet companies in the area. Over the course of 24 years, the company has grown from a single account to hundreds of clients with over 30 employees.

I attribute our success to conscious relationship management — with our clients, our staff, and local law enforcement. Our mission is to deliver exceptional valet services, logistics management, and problem-solving, adapting to the needs of our clients and their customers or attendees.

Community contribution is important to me so I actively advocate for a variety of child abuse and neglect causes in order to make a positive impact. I also offer business consulting services to startups and growing companies aiming for greater success.
